• Our Return Policy- 
o Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
o To be eligible for a return, you must have your receipt, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, untampered.
o Perishable goods such as food are not eligible for return.

Our return policy does not apply to wedding favors or custom-made items.

At Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates, your satisfaction is our number one priority. We take great care to create and hand pack our chocolates so you receive the freshest products possible. We also go to great lengths to make sure that your chocolate arrives in perfect condition. This is why we only send our products via United State Postal Service and FedEx, whether the recipient is in Hawaii or right here in Kansas.

Orders received in our system Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday prior to 12PM CST are processed and shipped the same day, unless it is not possible for the order to be delivered by Friday of the shipping week or if we are waiting on product. To limit transit time, orders are not shipped over the weekend so your chocolates won't sit in an uncontrolled temperature environment, therefore your order will ship on Monday of the following week. Orders placed and received AFTER 12PM CST will ship the next available ship day.

Standard shipping will usually arrive within 1-3 days after shipment.  If you require an earlier delivery, please upgrade to Standard Overnight and your package will be guaranteed to arrive the day after it ships.

During the Cool Season (approx. October 15th – April 1st), standard shipping orders are sent via USPS and FedEx Ground to ensure a delivery by the end of the week. Rush orders may be sent via Standard Overnight, Monday through Thursday. During the Warm Season (approx. April 2nd – October 14th), ALL orders are sent via USPS & FedEx Ground, using our state-of-the art thermal packaging when the destination temperature is over 70°.

At this time, Cocoa Dolce is only available for shipping within the U.S. Please note, we are unable to ship to APO or FPO addresses.

We are happy to offer Flat Rate Shipping at $8.50 for all standard shipping needs. An additional cost of $2.50 will be added during the warmer season to cover additional costs of thermal packaging and ice packs. 

SPECIAL CIRCUMSTANCES: Saturday is not a standard delivery day and is only available in some areas at an additional cost. Advance arrangements must be made. To make either Saturday or Overnight delivery requests, please call 316-866-2906.

USPS & FedEx have our permission to leave packages at the recipient address if no one is available to sign for them. Cocoa Dolce Artisan Chocolates is NOT responsible for packages that are missing, stolen or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

Cocoa Dolce cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.

PEAK-TIME ORDERING: We try to process orders as quickly as they come in. Due to the high volume of orders during the peak seasons, there may be a delay in processing the order and having it ready for pick-up or shipping. If there are any major delays with your order, our staff will get in touch with you to discuss the delay.   

ORDER TRACKING: Order tracking details are sent to our customers via e-mail once their order has shipped, which is why we encourage our customers to enter an e-mail address when ordering with us. We will not use your e-mail address for any purpose other than to send you tracking details or to send other information you may request. Please see our Privacy Policy for more information. In some cases, your tracking update may fall in your junk folder since this comes through the backend of our system.
*Do you have allergies?
Our chocolates may contain dairy, soy, tree nuts and/or peanuts, luster dust (crustacean shellfish). Produced in a facility that processes with dairy, soy, eggs, tree nuts and peanuts.

*Are there any Eggs in your chocolates?

*Are your Chocolates Gluten Free?
Yes, all our chocolates are gluten-free EXCEPT: Blueberry Pie, Key Lime Pie and Cheesecake
Depending on the sensitivity of gluten allergy, our liquor-infused chocolates may have some gluten because of the type of liquor used.

*Do your chocolates contain alcohol in them?
The alcohol content in chocolates listed below are required to have 5% or less alcohol content:
Strawberry, Raspberry, Lemon, Mocha, Amaretto, Blueberry Pie, Pineapple Moscato, Margarita, Scotch, Irish Cream, Tahitian Vanilla, Cherry Pie, Raspberry Cordial, Egg Nog, Pumpkin Spice, Blackberry Sangria, Mimosa, Red Zinfandel and Port

*How long will my Cocoa Dolce chocolates stay fresh?
We specialize in hand-made confections. Our chocolates are made with no preservatives and use the highest ingredients from around the world. Our confections have a 4-week shelf life. Some of our other products have longer shelf life and are noted accordingly on their packaging.

*Can you ship chocolate in the warmer months? Don’t they melt?
We pay careful attention to the weather when shipping our chocolates. Above a certain degree (both here and it’s destination), we use a special thermalized packaging to hold our chocolate’s temperature. Along with the ice packs, we are able to ship our chocolates “ground” and they will still arrive in great condition.

*How long until I receive my chocolates?
We strive to give our customer’s the freshest chocolates. And, we try to get them to you as quickly as we can. Depending on the timing of your order and where the final destination is, we will ship so your chocolates do not sit over the weekend. (see our Shipping Policy tab for more shipping questions). We are able to ship our chocolates to you within a 1-3 transit time.
